Bakkie rolls injuring four
The patients were treated for their injuries and thereafter transported to Johannesburg General Hospital for urgent treatment.
Four people have been injured this morning after a bakkie rolled off the N17 near the Heidelberg offramp in City Deep, South of Johannesburg.
ER24 paramedics received the call at 07h30 and immediately responded to the scene.
Upon arrival, paramedics found a bakkie lying on its side on the side of the road. Fire services had already begun to attend to the patients.
On assessment, paramedics that four people had been injured in this incident. An elderly man was found to have sustained serious injuries while three others had sustained minor injuries.
The patients were treated for their injuries and thereafter transported to Johannesburg General Hospital for urgent treatment.
The exact cause of the collision is not yet known but local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
