MasterDrive shows care to orphans

THE MasterDrive team went to an orphanage called “Door of Hope” on July 19.

THE MasterDrive team visited the Door of Hope orphanage on July 19. Door of Hope takes in abandoned babies and its staff members are committed to caring for them. The babies are abandoned due to the alarming rate of poverty, homelessness, unemployment, overcrowding and immoral behaviour.

MasterDrive donated several items and sponsored three defensive driver training courses, to the value of R1 467 each, for Door of Hope staff members who drive the babies to and from hospitals, clinics and the like.

Door of Hope supports 41 babies, from newborns to two years old. The MasterDrive team spent time showering the babies with attention and affection.

MasterDrive CEO Eugene Herbert would like to challenge other corporate companies by getting them to donate to Door of Hope for three months and he will donate for the next three months.
