Electronic Health Service registration

This is to enable the smooth running of the services and to avoid congestion in the clinic.

CITY of Johannesburg Health Department is introducing a paperless patient record system in all the city’s clinics.

Glenanda Clinic is one of the pilots in Region F and the department is calling on all residents in Ward 23 (Glenanda, Bassonia, Glenvista, Mulbarton, Aspen Hills and Liefde en Vrede) to come for registration on the Electronic Health Record System. Residents are reminded to bring their Identity Document or a valid passport when they come to register.

The registration will be done on Saturday, June 11, and Sunday, June 12, from 08:00 to 16:30.
