Working to help the community

BELIEVE in Destiny supports many local underprivileged community members who are struggling to find a job and the owner, Verana Lawrence, has taken it upon herself to employ some of them to come and learn a creative skill.

“We are currently involved in a sewing project, making Father’s Day gifts which we can sell and any profits will go towards teaching staff new skills,” said Verana.

Dried flower arrangements are also being made to sell as well as other creative gifts.

“To carry on with our community projects, we do need support from local businesses and we are hoping some will contact us and come on board,” added Verana.
