BESIDES accredited computer training courses, the Papillon Foundation now offers SETA Contact Centre Training and Trauma Training

The E-Learner course is accredited with International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL), European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) and the MICT SETA (local NQF level 3).

This qualification is in high demand in the job market, and you can improve your chances of finding employment by having a good qualification and by being computer-literate.

This course comprises of seven modules: IT Basics, files and folders, drawing, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, web-browsing and e-mail.

Duration of the course is two weeks; Monday to Thursdays, from 09:00 to 13:00 (full-time) and two months; on Saturdays, from 09:00 to 12 noon (part-time), the next starting date May 9 (full-time) and April 23 (part-time).

The SETA Contact Centre Training with 51 credit starts from May 16 to 27 and Trauma Training, workshop for child handlers dates are June 11 and 18
