Six injured in Walkerville accident
On assessment, paramedics found that six patients had been injured, their injuries ranging from minor to critical.
SIX people were injured on Monday morning, February 1, during a collision between two vehicles on the R82 in Walkerville.
When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene, they found that two vehicles, a bakkie and light motor vehicle, had collided.
Russel Meiring, ER24 spokesperson, said on further assessment, paramedics found that six patients had been injured, their injuries ranging from minor to critical.
“Paramedics from various services began their treatment and provided the seriously injured patients with advanced life support interventions and they were transported to various hospitals,” said Meiring.
