Santa spreads joy at Lighthouse

THE Lighthouse in Linmeyer hosted their annual Christmas party on December 4, where a special appearance by Santa Claus had the residents all excited.

Santa came bearing gifts for all the residents, including the caregivers, and soon after the presents were handed out, there was lots of fun and dancing.

Organiser of all the Christmas presents, Bernice Purdon, said: “A big thank you goes to all the companies and individuals for the success of the party through their donation of presents, food and sweets. To a better party next year.”

The lady who runs the school and also the event organiser at Lighthouse, Lucilia Jacinto, as well as Lighthouse staff and volunteers, wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
