BOOYSENS: SAPS arrested a total of 71 suspects between November 23 and November 29, for various crimes.
The arrests included: armed robbery – one, assault – 13, assault with grievous bodily harm – one, attempted murder – one, business robbery – one, common robbery – one, drunken driving – 28, housebreaking and theft – three, house robbery – one, illegal immigrant – four, malicious injury to property – one, possession of dagga – 10, possession of suspected stolen goods – one, shoplifting – two, theft – two and one for the theft of a motor vehicle.
