It’s about more than just dancing and modelling

Through the years Espoir SA has helped the needy in several areas, not only in the fields of modelling and dance but also as a provider to communities.

ESPOIR South Africa from Ridgeway will host their Dance and Modelling Awards at Gold Reef City on Saturday, December 5.

For Espoir SA, however, it is more about giving back to the community than about dancing and modelling. Through the years Espoir SA has helped the needy in several areas, not only in the fields of modelling and dance but also as a provider to communities. They have helped countless talented children by sponsoring them with free as well as discounted tuition, sponsoring food programmes and also hosting Christmas parties with gifts for the less advantaged children in schools.

“There is not much learning that can happen when you are fighting off hunger pains and shaking from the cold. Barefooted and on an empty stomach is not an ideal learning situation,” said the principal and founder of Espoir SA, Belinda Botha.

This year Espoir SA plans on hosting an even bigger Christmas party for disadvantaged children. Residents are encouraged to donate tinned food and gifts for this worthy cause. Espoir SA, in cooperation with Rutegang, an NPO in the South, will ensure that Christmas wishes come true for the children.

Be sure not to miss the awards ceremony and celebrate giving back to those less fortunate. For more information on discounted tickets for the award ceremony contact Thami Ncube 084 035 0383 or visit Espoir SA at 31 Rifle Range Road in Ridgeway.
