Three gunned down in alleged family dispute

Police were fast to react and managed to apprehend the man, who was caught with an illegal firearm.

JOHANNEBURG –  The Sowetan reported the deaths of three people who were gunned down in Inanda near Durban on Sunday in what appeared to be the result of a family dispute.

KZN Community Safety MEC Willies Mchunu, in a statement, said the finer details regarding what led to the shooting remain unclear according to the Sowetan.

Mchunu said that police were fast to react and managed to apprehend the man, who was caught with an illegal firearm.

Mchunu expressed his heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of those who were killed, News24 reported.
