Sherwin wins Face of the Year competition
Figures Models Glenvista took the top three spots in the recent Face of the Year competition.
JUDGES had no easy task in choosing the boy’s 13 and older category winner at the Figures Models South Africa Face of the Year competition, held on September 6 at the Roodepoort Theatre.
Participants vying for the coveted title had to have more than modelling skills to make the cut and needed to have the look of a cover model and all the makings of a successful TV commercial model. Sherwin Roman took the top honours as overall winner out of a line-up of 105 contestants.
“Once again Figures Models Glenvista came out on top, taking 12 top scorers including the third place and the win. Sherwin Roman came out the winner going home with R10 000 in cash and Neo Ntihane took third place. This is the best talent I have ever had in a boy’s category for Face of The Year,” said Natacha Thompson, the owner of Figures Models Glenvista.
Thompson would like to thank all the the boys who took part in the Face of Year competition as well as their supportive parents.
