Booysens sector one PRO

Faj Sayed was recently elected as PRO for the Booysens CPF.

BOOYSENS Sector One Neighbourhood Watch CPF has a newly elected public relations officer, Faj Sayed, who is ready to serve with pride and help SAPS make the community a safe place for all residents.

Faj, new chairperson Imtiaz Mia, deputy chairperson Yaseen Hendricks and secretary Sameer Dawjee were elected on Tuesday, July 21, during open community elections.

“Thank you to all the residents of Booysens Sector One who attended the election. We congratulate the newly elected Booysens Sector One Community Policing Forum (CPF) executives,” Faj said.

The newly elected members were also part of the team who helped clean the slippery road in Robertsham when an oil spill caused three minor accidents.

Community members can buy the neighbourhood watch boards to place on the outside walls of their properties. The funds raised by the sale of the boards will help to keep the neighbourhood watch afloat. To stay in touch with the neighbourhood watch, residents are encouraged to like the Booysens Sector One Neighbourhood Watch Facebook page, to phone Faj on 082 847 6330 or to send an email to ms16122hotmail.com

The neighbourhood watch helps SAPS keep Robertsham, Southdale, Chrisville, Booysens, Gillview, Winchesters Hills, Ormonde, Evans Park Exavier Reef, Crown Gardens and Ridgeway Extension one, two and three safe.
