THE community of South Hills must be accountable and responsible for ensuring that their area is environmentally safe and clean. This is the opinion of Xolile Nyhila, a founding member of The Conquerors Mind Ammunition (TCMA), a youth organisation in South Hills.
Join the “Big Day Clean-up” with Xolile Nyhila, on June 6, from 08:30 to 12:00, starting from South Rand Recreation Centre.
Xolile said people must all move in the same direction towards a better future, instead of blaming each other for past problems. “We need to work towards a solutions to rectify the problems. Every one of us can help and every one of us needs to ask ourselves ‘Am I helping to restore the natural environment and uplift the lives of those around me?’ I am appealing more especially to young people to join me on the day.”
