SASTRI Ramiah from Durban, has taken over the reins of the Southern Sun Gold Reef City and Theme Park Hotels, after his appointment as hotel’s general manager.
Having worked at several hotels within the Tsogo Sun group over the past 16 years, Ramiah comes with a wealth of experience and is set to take the hotel to greater heights. “Business and people management are equally important to me,” said Ramiah, who will be responsible for the strategic placement, commercial accountability and full management of the hotel.
“I will be paying attention to the details and setting the example for staff to deliver a standard of service and presentation that meets and exceeds our guests’ needs and expectations,” he said.
