Training and development opportunity for the youth

There is a training project for the current financial year 2015/16 first quarter, starting on May 18.

THE Believers Care Society (BCS) youth development project aims to equip unemployed and unskilled youngsters with employable skills by providing basic life-skills, information and assistance that enables employment.

There is a training project for the current financial year 2015/16 first quarter, starting on May 18.

Training courses include PC engineering on A+ and N+ computer system development. NQF 4, project management level 4 (members of non-funded community based organisations like NGOs and crèche owners are to be considered), contact centre support (call-centre course) and junior book-keeping to trial balance.

Training will be for a duration of three months, four months and 12 months respectively at the development centre in Turffontein.

Youngsters are encouraged to register now.

To qualify, you must be between 16 and 35 years of age, reside in Joburg South with a matric or equivalent. Grade 10s are taken on other skills programme.

No fees are required and only unemployed and unskilled youngsters are accepted.
