THE Johannesburg Society for the Blind (JSB) team hosted a street sale to help raise funds for the society on April 27.
The event was supported by various churches and the community.
The aim of the event was to engage with community members and to exhibit some of the amazing items manufactured by blind people.
The society managed to sell most of its products and the day was a resounding success.
The funds that were raised will be used for refurbishing the floors of the main passage.
The society thanked the community of Regents Park and the surrounding areas, churches and everyone who supported them on the day.
