ALBERTON – May 6 is International No Diet Day is dedicated to raise awareness of the harmful effects of unhealthy diets.
Not only is a healthy eating habit part of the conversation No Diet Day wants to encourage, but also a celebration of body acceptance. Different body shapes and sizes are all celebrated today.
Much like International Size Acceptance Day (April 24), International No Diet Day is an occasion where everyone is encouraged to look at their bodies and dieting differently.
