The cost options: R380 per seat or R2 850 per table (seats eight people), and includes a three-course buffet lunch and complimentary table wine, or R12 000 reserves the naming rights of a race together with a table of eight and includes a three-course buffet lunch and complimentary table wine, advertising on the score board on the day and in the nationally distributed computer forms (only eight races available to secure naming rights), television coverage countries include USA, Brazil, UK, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, France, Belgium, Holland, Austria, Pakistan, Germany, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Zimbabwe and Kenya. Web streaming only – Thailand, Indonesia and China. Existing South African taxation laws allow for tax relief for donations.
Attractions on the day
Cash bar and betting facilities are available in the venue, theme – a pink day at the races (in support of cancer, come dressed in pink and stand a chance to win prizes for best couple, female and male); attractive hampers for raffle will be on sale; companies may bring their promotional material. A third of the net takings are donated to Reach for Recovery Breast Cancer and UCPA.
