Residents’ meeting in Regents Park

Patrolling teams, neighbourhood watch and WhatsApp groups will be discussed as possible solutions to the crime problem.

REGENTS PARK – The community of Regents Park and Rewlatch are concerned about the crimes taking over their areas and they are calling a meeting on Saturday March 14 at 15:00.

It will be held at Marjorie Park, on the corner of Marjorie and Augusta roads, Regents Park. One of the key questions will be: What measures can the community put in place and where do they go from here? There are vehicle hijackings, housebreakings, drugs, pedestrian robberies, school children threatened and robbed, business robberies, ATM bombing and more.
