TURFFONTEIN – Latest report suggests that it could be a JMPD or SAPS officer who shot and killed one of three men who tried to carjack a motorist near Tramway Street in Turffontein this morning.
The other two men escaped the scene as their friend hit the ground after taking a bullet or two.
The scene is currently crowded and information will still be released once it has been confirmed by the police.
Anyone with information can inform the Booysens Police to help find the two escapees on the loose.
The police are investigating the incident.
This is the same area where PDL Security recently arrested ATM scammers who were terrorising residents by stealing their hard-earned money.
