Entertaining Family Fun Day

For the fans: Gauteng’s biggest event of its kind attracts more than 20 000 people a year

JOHANNESBURG SOUTH – Free to air broadcaster, e.tv and OpenView HD, brough another star-studded and entertainment-packed Family Fun Day to the Soweto Festival Expo on Saturday September 27 from 12:00 until 20:00, at the Main Grounds of the Joburg Expo Centre, Nasrec.

Fans were treated to a full house of e.tv talent, photo and autograph opportunities, and live performances by some of Mzansi’s captivating musicians and dancers, such as Reason, Lection, Ntombi Mzolo, UDU (Nyoso), Cool Catz and the Kalawa ladies Busiswa and Nokwazi.

e.tv and eKasi+ talent included stars from Rhythm City, Scandal, Club 808, Craz-e, Ekse Let’s Talk with Masechaba Lekalake, Gumba Gumba and South Streets: My Mzansi Adventure.

In typical e.tv style there was a play area for children, a food court and a stage for all the performing artists.

e.tv and OpenView HD are the media partners for the Expo, Gauteng’s biggest event of its kind, which attracts more than 20 000 people a year.

The Expo is an annual event that draws together businesses, SMME’s (Small, Medium and Micro enterprises), and communities.
