Celebrate 14 years of God’s grace in Bellavista

BELLAVISTA – The Word of Life Community Church was planted on April 9, 2000 by Pastor Benny van Rheede, his late wife, their daughter Abigail, Lawrence Alexander and Dorothy Jenkins.
The church gives God all praise for these past 14 years. By no means has it been easy, but it certainly has been worth it. Seeing so many countless lives that have been changed, many were drug addicts and some were alcoholics. Word of Life Community Church is encouraged that so many people who are now their members have become loyal and committed Christians.
“So much work still needs to be done in order for us to make our vision an effective reality in our communities in the South of Johannesburg,” said Pastor Benny.
From October 1 to 5 Word of Life will be celebrating their annual conference, an event they look forward to as the church celebrates and remembers how God has helped them from humble beginnings 14 years ago. This year’s array of speakers includes Dr Sive Moodley, Pastor Desmond Peterson and Evangelist Eden Constance, who are expected to bring a life-changing experience.
