THE HILL – A fundraising dinner is planned for Friday September 5 at South Rand Hospital quarters.
The board of the hospital is hosting a fundraising dinner, selling raffle tickets and is looking for people to buy tickets, sponsor prizes and put up advertising boards at the hospital.
The funds will be used to paint, buy curtains, provide better signage, provide basic toiletries, beds, couches, sleep clothing etc for the patients from newborn children to pensioners, upgrading of the casualty, tuckshop and storage facilities. The mother and child facilities also need an upgrade as well as the kitchen equipment, toilets, showers and bathrooms.
