JOHANNESBURG SOUTH – DEO Gloria Bellavista Outreach Church would like to give thanks to Shairliy who donated a deep freezer to the church when they were in need of one.
On the week of Wednesday April 30, the COURIER published a story about the church’s plea to people from within and without Bellavista to help feed children.
The church had asked for people to help them with donations such as deep freezers, sausages, rolls, and computers as they are needed.
“We still await more donations from people, especially a computer that could help children do their homework at the church, as some of them do not have computers at home,” said church committee member Felix Botha.
Nonetheless, the church is very grateful to those people who help. The church provides hotdogs to children every Wednesday and believes that children deserve to be well fed, healthy and happy.
