Just Property launched at Tiago Mall

EASTCLIFF – The usually quiet Tiago Mall saw a burst of action on March 7 as Just Properties launched their first Johannesburg South branch.

In launching the Just Property Group in the south of Johannesburg, the team decided to promote the Just Help Initiative, where the group has pledged to assist in every community in the South, where they are involved in one way or the other.

The first initiative is the stationary drive, which will be running for the next three months. The Just Property Group would like to distribute stationary to various schools in the south of Johannesburg. If any businesses or persons would like to contribute to the initiative, they are requested to visit the Just Properties office with a stationary pack.

This call was heeded by two business people who attended the launch, the landlord of Tiago Mall and one of the tenants. The BTB, Business to Business Buddies, a networking group in Johannesburg south based in Alberton, has contributed largely to this initiative and will be assisting a great deal with the Just Help Initiative.

“Many are familiar with the Just Letting Group, where the best rental deals are found, but now the Just Property Group has also taken on Property Sales and no longer only manages rentals but sales too,” said Just Properties owner Maryke Pucjlowsji.

The new branch offices came complete with a new team, who consists of the franchisee, Maryke Pucjlowsji, her sales team, Eugene, Kobus and Cameron and the rentals team Shanny, Sam and Caroline. They were treated, together with clients and members of the community, to savoury treats.
