JOHANNESBURG SOUTH – The legendary Blacksteer is now open at Panorama Shopping Centre, Kliprivier Drive, Mulbarton.
Co-owners Jaco Schriks and Charl Gyzen are thrilled to have opened a Blacksteer franchise and welcome customers to come and try their amazing steaks, burgers and ribs, cooked to perfection, just like way back in 1963 when the original Blacksteer opened its doors.
“Feedback about our store up to now has been amazing and we know our customers will keep coming back for more,” said Jaco and Charl.
Charl, who has taken part successfully in food Olympics internationally, has been involved in the catering industry for 16 years and knows what the customer wants. “Blacksteer is a nostalgic brand which will be sure to bring back great memories of delicious food for many of our customers.”
Blacksteer will open Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 21:00, Friday and Saturday from 09:00 to 22:00, and Sunday too (hours to be confirmed).
“The food is as genuine as the people who enjoy it and with take-away, delivery service and restaurant, all our customers are provided for,” Charl and Jaco added.
