Readers share their feelings on the online booking system

After numerous reports of mixed emotions surrounding the new online booking system for driver's and vehicle license renewals, the COURIER took to the streets to ask readers how they felt about the online system.

James Mahlangu: “The system is easy to use and it saves a lot of time. Although it would be helpful if there was a designated place which assisted people to book online.”
Tasha Takura: “I don’t think this online system is user-friendly for the elderly and illiterate, they might find it hard to use. It also has many glitches, which makes it an inconvenience.”
Kobus Labuschagne: “It has become a long process to renew your licence. If you want service at any government entity it will be as if you owe them.”
Werner Murray: “I think not everyone has a phone or a computer to go online, this is nonsense.”
