THE New Year welcomed two beautiful baby boys, Rotshidzwa Sokana and Katleho Letsipa, who were delivered at Mulbarton Hospital.

The two mothers were all smiles as they welcomed the CHRONICLE.

One of the mothers, Elizabeth Sokana from Turffontein, said this is her second child.

“I’m so happy. Holding this child excites me a lot. I still can’t believe he’s here with me. I love my child a lot,” said Elizabeth.

Nompumelelo Letsipa, from Protea Glen, said this is her fourth time giving birth, but this one is more special because she gave birth on New Year’s Day.

“I feel very blessed because I expected him in February. This is truly amazing. I’m looking forward to this year with my newborn and hope the year will serve us right,” said Nompumelelo.

Mulbarton Hospital staff congratulated both mothers with their newborn babies.
