Booysens SAPS bust 44 suspects

BOOYSENS – SAPS arrested 44 suspects for various crimes between Monday, September 7, and Sunday, September 13.

Suspects were arrested for the following: armed robbery – one, assault – three, assault with grievous bodily harm – four, contravention of liquor act – three, public drinking – 10, housebreaking and theft – one, malicious injury to property – one, possession of dagga – one, possession of drugs – three, possession of hijacked motor vehicle – seven, possession of illegal firearm – one, possession of stolen goods – two, possession of stolen motor vehicle – two, robbery – one, shoplifting – two, theft – one, violation of a protection order – one.
