LOOK Forward Creativity Centre in South Hills is looking for help in order to care for the 30 children there.
This non-profit organisation, situated at 2 and 4 Messina Street, has been assisting abandoned, orphaned, neglected and abused children in the community for years. They take care of these children by providing efficient and adequate professional services.
‘‘Though we are thriving at the centre, there are still major necessities that we need. We have children from infants to teenagers and we need different dormitories to house them. Maintenance of our property is a huge challenge and space is limited. So we urge the community to help us to help these children,” said administrator Ephert Banzi.
Some of the things they need include; paint, building material, the assistance of plumbers, clothes, toys and any help that can be offered. Ephert also mentioned that they work with social workers and that some children are reunited with their families once problems at their homes have been sorted.
