Regents Park community invited

THE Forum for Compatriots would like to invite members of the community in Regents Park and surrounding areas to a meeting at Majorie Park in Regents Park at the corner of Augusta Road and Majorie Street.

The meeting is scheduled for Saturday April 18 at 14:30. It will be highly appreciated if people can bring their chairs.

The meeting will be about:

1. Society in research-based debates to find solutions to their problems.

2. The role of the members of communities.

3. In all the problems in the society, which problem if resolved will help to resolve other problems? (open for debate)

The objective of the forum is to find a way in which members of the society can identify issues of their concern, and engage each other in meaningful and constructive debates. Implementation of the findings will be discussed once everyone has accepted the findings.

The aim of the meeting is to get the members of the community to agree on the main topic for research, which will pave the way for other topics to follow. Those who may be interested in joining the forum will be allowed to do so, but this will not be our main focus at this meeting. The research will be conducted by the members of the Forum under the supervision of a lecturer.
