BETWEEN Monday February 9 and Sunday February 15, Booysens police arrested a total of 69 suspects, including assault common, eight; attempted murder, one; common robbery, three; contravention of medical act, one; dealing in drugs, two; drunken driving, two, fraud, three; housebreaking and theft, one; house robbery, one; malicious damage to property, one; possession of car breaking implements, two; possession of drugs, five; possession of stolen goods, three; possession of suspected stolen goods, one; possession of suspected stolen motor vehicle, one; possession of unlicensed firearm, one; rape, one; sexual assault, one; shoplifting, three; theft, six; theft of motor vehicle, one, and 21 for trespassing.
