International Soul and R&B Sensation KEM visits Southgate Mall
R&B and soul lovers had the opportunity to meet the artists up-close, have their CDs autographed and take photographs before the star’s live performances at Carnival City.
ORMONDE – Southgate Mall in association with Massive Events Live hosted KEM, international R&B/Soul sensation, and SA’s very own future superstar Vusi Nova on Saturday September 20 for a meet and greet and CD autograph session in the food court.
International artists have been visiting South Africa at an ever increasing rate, with more live concerts taking place all over South Africa every year.
This trend has seen mega stars like Justin Bieber, Rihanna and the return of Anthony Hamilton, John Legend and most recently KEM, to name a few. South Africa has become a favorite among touring international stars who visit for the first time and surely to return.

Southgate Mall ran a competition for shoppers who spent R200 or more on their fashion or entertainment selection and entered for the draw. Ten lucky shoppers won 10 double tickets to watch the concerts. Among the lucky winners were Ryan Salerio, Jume Sihlangu, Rukshana Goondie, Vumile Velaphi and Keeves Davids.
