Notice of the 111th JSPCA AGM

REUVEN – Notice is hereby given that the 111th Annual General Meeting of Members of the Johannesburg Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals will take place in the Board Room at the Johannesburg SPCA, 5 Benray Road, Reuven on Saturday July 19 at 10:00.

Business of the 110th AGM:

1. Notice and constitution of the meeting.

2. To adopt the minutes of the 110th Annual General Meeting held on July 20 last year and consider matters arising from those minutes.

3. To receive the Chairperson’s review of the Society’s affairs for the past twelve months ended March 31. 4. To receive and consider the Honorary Treasurer’s report together with the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31.

5. To nominate and elect no less than five (5) and not more than ten (10) Members to the Board of Directors.

6. To appoint auditors to the Society for the ensuing year.

7. To consider any other business as may be transacted at an Annual General Meeting.
