Alberton Martial Arts and Fitness instructors do well in Dan gradings
Alberton Martial Arts and Fitness members participated in the Dan Gradings and leveled to next gradings.
Instructors from Alberton Martial Arts and Fitness recently attended Dan gradings.
The instructors performed well. Local karate legends sensei Llewellyn Oosthuizen (7th Dan) and sensei Veronica van den Heever (6th Dan) was part of the grading panel.
Promoted instructors include Franscois du Plessis (sandan 3rd Dan) and Andre van Jaarsveld (yondan 4th Dan).
