Jesse needs your support to fulfil his soccer dream

Support Linhill Celtic FC’s versatile player Jesse Munoko (19), who wants to further his soccer career in Dubai.

Born and bred in Linmeyer, south of Johannesburg, he started his soccer journey at seven years old.

He plays for the senior first team while completing Grade 12 at The Hill High School. He is comfortable playing central defender, central midfield, right back and centre-back

Munoko is one of the club’s outstanding key players who has shown a positive attitude towards his soccer career. This gained him the chance to do his second round of trials in Dubai.

Gugu MaNgcobo, the PR from Linhill Celtic FC, said Munoko first attended the trials hosted by a Saudi team earlier this year. He was selected to attend the next stage of trials – four weeks in Dubai with team Jumeira FC.

“Linhill Celtic FC is supporting his journey by running an E-tournament on August 24 and 25 to raise funds for his travel expenses. We would highly appreciate any sponsors willing to help his dream come true.

“Jesse is also looking for size nine soccer boots. “Should they accept him, he will stay in Dubai to further his soccer career,” she said.
