Defense attorney not in court, murder case again postponed

The unavailability of defense attorney Munyai led to the postponement of the Forest Hill murder case.

Magistrate Habib postponed the murder case to February 29. This comes after murder accused Kleave van Staden appeared again at the Booysens Magistrate’s Court on February 8.

It was established that Munyai was sick, explaining why she wasn’t available.

Van Staden stands accused of murdering his wife Jamillah on January 8, 2022, in Forest Hill.
