THE CITY of Johannesburg hereby gives notice in terms of Section 108(1) of the Town Planning and Townships Ordinance, 1986, that an application to establish the township referred to in the annexure hereto has been received.
Particulars of the application are open for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Executive Director: Development planning, 8th Floor, Room 8100, Block A, Metropolitan Centre, 158 Loveday Street, Braamfontein, for a period of 28 days from April 2.
Objections to or representations in respect of this application must be lodged with or in writing and in duplicate to the Executive Director: Development Planning, at the above address or at P.O. Box 30733, Braamfontein, 2017, within 28 days from April 2.
