Quwm Ministries donates food hampers to Glenesk Old Age Home

Quwm Ministries also provides food for the less fortunate in the South.

Quwm Ministries donated food hampers to all the senior citizens of Glenesk Old Age Home on September 18.

Past Michelle Nandh said they prayed with them and blessed them with groceries and a personalised card from their Quwm Warriors and Champions to let them know they are thinking of and praying for them and that Jesus loves them.

“We also took boxes to those who couldn’t come to the parking area due to illness. They were very happy to see us and we’re very grateful. We also gave them seeds to plant veggies.

“Miracles took place the last time we were there. One of the residents couldn’t move his fingers for 11 years. Past Glenn Nandh prayed for him and he was healed. His hand is strong and fully functional; all glory to God. Past Easton Hendricks and Past Glenn were also in attendance,” she said.

Gladys Carlson, who lives at Glenesk Old Age Home, said it was lovely to have host Quwm.

“I’m always grateful for the love we receive. I’m over the moon, thank you,” she said.

The church services, which are held at Hoërskool Die Fakkel, are on Wednesdays at 19:00 and Sundays from 09:00. For those who cannot attend, the services are streamed online as well.
