I usually send my international parcels using the Post Office’s EMS couriers and have never had a problem in the past.
On January 17, I sent two small parcels to France and paid the fee of R1 056 for both. The parcels went to France but were returned because the address was wrong, even though I know that it is correct. What happened was that the customs documents were stuck over the address label!
One parcel arrived back to me; the other parcel never arrived. The Southdale Post Office manager cannot tell me any other phone number or email address to send my complaint to. I have been given three phone numbers by the customer care line and nobody answers these phones all day. They ring until one gets cut off. Is there anyone who can assist me with someone in authority at EMS Couriers who can help?
