Movies at Numetro: Disney’s – Freeze or be Frozen

A Disney musical which is bound to take you on an adventure through icy forests and a castle fit for a princess.

NU METRO THE GLEN – Cool and aimed at the whole family, Frozen, the new animated musical tells the story of two sisters, a wolf in sheep’s clothing and a rough-around-the-edges prince charming.

Elsa, a royal heir, is born with magical powers… everything she touches turns to ice. After a fearful event involving her younger sister Anna, Elsa is forced into “ice-olation”, away from anyone who would be threatened by her power.

On coronation day, Anna pushes her sister over the limits of control by her need to marry a man she has just met. Elsa unleashes her irritation and uncontrollably freezes more than just the jolly mood in the castle.

She takes off to a faraway place and builds a castle fit for a princess who has nothing else, other than her icy outward personality and a warm heart buried deep inside.

Anna joins an extreme mountain man, Kristoff, and his sidekick reindeer, Sven, in search of her sister, convinced that Elsa is not evil or harmful.

The events which take place in Elsa’s castle awaken years of hidden fears that remained unspoken… but were very realistic in their world.

The journey before the sisters’ meeting and Anna’s journey to trolls take audiences through tough times, with a funny snow man called Olaf providing lots of laughs.

The humor and quirky jokes are funny enough to amuse viewers of any age and character. The children’s voices could almost be heard above the soundtrack as shocks of surprise, hopeful anticipation and “aww” moments were expressed throughout the movie.

Not only was it something really entertaining to watch, but the cinematography was outstanding, leaving you rubbing both your shoulders in a cold gesture – even in a warm cinema!

The effects and message came through as clear as crystal shards and Frozen is one movie not to be missed.
