Come enjoy fitness fun day in Steeldale
Support needed in making fun day a success at Sports and Fitness Club.
MEALS and Wheels CSSA is partnering with Sports and Fitness Club and invites all aerobics fanatics and members of the public to a car wash and fitness fun day fund-raiser on February 16.
The day promises loads of entertainment and fun with demonstrations in boxing classes, a strongman competition, spinning, aerobics boot camp, step and tone and zumba, with lots of prizes to be won.
It will be held at Sports and Fitness Club at Linroy Street in Steeldale, Registration opens at 8.30am.
