Car accident on the corner of Padstow Street and Ring Road West
The Jeep driver and passenger of the Toyota Corolla were both taken to South Rand Hospital with minor injuries.
AN accident occurred on the corner of Padstow Street and Ring Road West at about 5.50am on April 25.
The driver of a Jeep, who was turning right into Padstow Street from the ring road, hit a stationary Toyota Corolla, which was driven by Jabu Malambule, head-on.
The Jeep overturned after damaging the Toyota Corolla. EMS was on the scene.
The Jeep driver and passenger of the Toyota Corolla were both taken to South Rand Hospital with minor injuries. Malambule stayed with his vehicle to give a statement to a member of EMPD before going to the hospital.
