We asked local residents how they felt about the upcoming renovations and revamp to the Glen Shopping Centre’s food court. Here are some responses.

We asked local residents how they felt about the upcoming renovations and revamp to the Glen Shopping Centre’s food court.

Here are some responses:

SKYE OLCKERS: “This upgrade will be good for the mall. Upgrades are always better for revenue and will bring more people to the mall as well as more job opportunities.”

ANDILE TWALA: “This upgrade is a good thing that The Glen is doing and I can’t wait to see it when it opens.”

MAUREEN HLONGWANE: “I think the upgrade is a good plan, especially for the people living in the Oakdene area and near The Glen because it’s very convenient for us.”

LOICE MATIVENGA: “This is the best thing! I know customers love things that look modern, clean and nice. It’s going to be better because The Glen is safe and I love that it closes at 10pm.”

BRANDON POTGIETER: “I think it’s a good thing because with other malls being so advanced, it’s about time The Glen stepped up their game.”

TAYLOR SWART: “I think the upgrade is a good thing. It took a bit long but I’m glad it’s done now because it will be worth it with more stores and space.”
