Of course, the public will absolutely love seeing her up close and in the parade ring when she takes part in the presentation.

Dr Van Heerden said, “I am so looking forward to being part of HRH Princess Charlene’s Raceday because it is not only an opportunity to dress up like a princess and take part in this very elegant event but, most importantly, a chance to support the beneficiaries involved.”

During the spectacular day of racing, which includes the Grade 1 HRH Princess Charlene Empress Club Stakes, a best-dressed couple competition will take place for patrons in the member’s lounge. The lucky couple will win a prize sponsored by Sun International for a two-night stay at the amazing Sun City resort.Entrance to the lounge is R150 per head.
