Members of the Mini City Council make a difference

Their members support a number of different charities across Johannesburg.

HIGHVELD Primary School has had the privilege of taking part in the Johannesburg Mini Council since 1977.

Their members support a number of different charities across Johannesburg and take part in many different fund-raising activities like the Easter Egg Drive, collecting blanket squares, the Maize Meal Drive and collecting sweets for Christmas parties. They also collect bottle tops and bread tags throughout the year to raise funds to purchase wheelchairs for the underprivileged.
