The Glen hosts Southern Suburbs art display
Primary school children from the South exhibit their art work.
THE GLEN SHOPPING CENTRE: For the past few years, Mondeor Primary School have been organising the Southern Suburbs Art Display at the Glen Shopping Centre.
The display is a platform to showcase what primary schools in the South are doing in their art departments. “Every year The Glen sponsors our floor space, and this year Bargain Books has donated one book prize per school. Congratulations to the winners and thanks to the Glen and Bargain Books,” said Mrs De Oliveira (Southern Suburbs art display convener).
Prize winners: Dalmondeor (Jayde Warren gr 7); Robertsham (Joshua Allison gr 6); Winchester Ridge (Tameez Jamal gr 7); Aloe Ridge (Tyrese Reddy gr 1); Glenanda (Karishan Kara gr 7); Highveld (Ignor Silva gr 7); Mulbarton (Micaela Marrie gr 6); Park Senior (Chimaka gr 4) and Mondeor (Neo Moremi gr 7).
