Hard work rewarded

The ceremony saw an energetic bunch mount the stage to be recognized for all the hard work they’d put in throughout the year.

AN emotional and rewarding prize-giving ceremony was held at Townsview Primary School on November 24.

The Grade One, Two and Three classes had their ceremony on the Friday to honour Townsview’s future career men and women.

PARENT SUPPORT: Parents could not contain their joy as their children did them proud.

Grade One teacher Melissa Canavan said ceremonies such as these reminded teachers that their little learners were growing and would soon be moving on to higher grades.

The first-time teacher said it would be an emotional but much needed separation.

SPECIAL MOMENTS: A proud moment for all parents.

She hoped they would continue to work as hard as they’d done this year and strive to realise their dreams.

Proud parents could not contain their happiness as they applauded the deserving young achievers.

GRADE ONE: Grade One achievers walked off with certificates for their hard work.
