Five-year-old burned in Tulisa Park house fire

All the tenants lost their IDs and the school children lost their books as well.

A 5-year-old boy got burned on his head yesterday, October 20, when a house burned down in Tulisa Park.

The boy was rushed to hospital but it is reported that he is back now. It is unclear how severe his burns were.

The residents who live in the house on 16 Austin Street, suspect that it was an arson attack.

There were about 50 people staying in the house.

Councillor Faeeza Chame is appealing for anyone that can assist with food stuff and clothing.

“Their needs at the moment are food and clothing,” she said.

All the tenants lost their IDs and the school children lost their books as well.
