Idols visit Southgate Mall

Anyone who felt like entertaining the crowd had an opportunity to sing in the open mic set up throughout the day.

SOUTHGATE Mall was buzzing on Friday, October 28 as the top six Telkom Idols contestants and Idols presenter ProverB visited the Wimpy court for a meet and greet.
Anyone who felt like entertaining the crowd had an opportunity to sing in the open mic set up throughout the day.
ProverB and the Idols top six, Tebogo Louw, Terra Cox from Eden Park, Thami Shobede, Bevan Samuels, Noma Khumalo and Lucia Jakeni, signed autographs for their fans who received selfie sticks, T-shirts, and an Idols card with a picture of their idol.
Ralph Chivaviro from Southgate said the atmosphere was exciting as the crowds screamed when their favorite Idols appeared on stage. “This would unfortunately be the last we would see of Bevan and Lucia who were eliminated,” he said.
